TMB Internet Banking Disclaimer
  The Bank shall take responsibility for any fund transfer correctly performed by the Customer using the
methods provided by the Service.However, the Bank shall take no responsibility for any losses under the following circumstances ;

1 The transaction has been processed in accordance with the Customer's instruction as well as the description of
Clause 5 of the terms and conditions herein specified .
2 The Customer provides other person with his User ID and/or Password or any information on the method used for
money transfer including (but not limited to) any violation of the relevant rules and / or regulations .
3 The Customer alone or in collaboration with other person(s) made money transfer with deceitful intention .
4 The Customer has no credit line with the Bank or, if any, had been revoked or The fund transfer caused the
outstanding balance in the Customer's account to increase above the credit limit granted to the Customer .
5 Negligence and carelessness on the part of the Customer have occurred while using the Service to transfer the
money .
6 Disruption of the Service has occurred and the Customer has been duly advised for refraining from making any
money transfer prior to the Customer's use of the Service or during the Customer's attempt to make the transfer including (but not limited to) any violation of the relevant rules and / or regulations and / or laws of the relevant country where the Applicant makes and accesses to TMB Internet Banking Service .
7 The outstanding balance in the Customer's account is found insufficient or your inability to perform any of the
transactions due to any restrictions to TMB Internet Banking from time to time .
8 Any error, alteration destruction of the Instructions,data or information sent from and / or delivered to TMB Bank
through TMB Internet Banking Service or the relevant Internet system or any unordinary and / or defectiveness equipment, the Internet browser providers or by the Internet Service providers or their agents or sub-contractors .
9 Any intrusion or attack by any person or party on any hardware, software or system used in relation to TMB
Internet Banking Services on the relevant Internet system, including (but not limited to ) viruses, Trojan Horses, worms and / or macros of other harmful components or disabling devices that may suspend, disrupt or diasble TMB Internet Banking Services or any part thereof .
10 any breakdown or malfunction of any equipment, system or software used in connection with TMB Internet
Banking Service, whether belonging to TMB Bank or otherwise, including but not limited to any electronic terminal, server or system, telecommunication device, connection, electricity, power supply, telecommunications or other communications network or system or any part of the electronic fund transfer system .
11 the destruction or loss of any data or instruction or in the course of transmission thereof whether through TMB
Internet Banking Service or otherwise; and/or the system of the Applicant or the system of Internet Service Provider; whether or not in connection with your accounts or TMB Internet Banking Service .
12 in the event that TMB Bank is unable to perform any operations or to provide any of TMB Internet Banking
Service due to any reason beyond TMB Bank's control including but not limited to fire, earthquake, landslides, flood, epidemic, natural catastrophe or act of God, accident, riots, civil disturbances, industrial dispute, act of public enemy, embargo, war, or any failure, delay or disruption to electricity, fuel supply or services provided by the Network Service Provider or the Affiliates or any factor beyond the control of TMB Bank .

In addition , TMB Bank always reserves its right to investigate the log off transactions within 3 months.
